Freddie Aguilar faces seduction charges by certain Atty. Fernando Perito!

Freddie Aguilar is now facing qualified seduction charges over his relationship with a 16-year-old girl! The complaint was filed by a concerned citizen Thursday in the name of Atty. Fernando Perito, a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office. The lawyer called Aguilar a “sex-hungry child predator” and a “cradle snatcher,” who he believes to be merely sexually attracted to his teen girlfriend. And in his two-page complaint, he said he is “angered, offended and scandalized” by Aguilar going public with his relationship, which he candidly admitted early this month in a media interview. Perito asserted in his complaint that the girl’s parents should also be slapped with appropriate legal charges.

Please Be Careful with My Heart: Richard and Maya Wedding on Nov 15

The date is set. The well-loved lead characters of “Be Careful With My Heart” will exchange vows in the hit series’ episode on November 15. Richard (Richard Yap) and Maya (Jodi Sta. Maria) will finally take their vow and you are cordially invited to watch the “wedding of the year” when it airs next month. This milestone comes after more than a year since “Be Careful With My Heart” premiered on ABS-CBN. The series is credited for shaking up daytime programming as it drew unheard of nationwide ratings in its timeslot. Directed by Jeffrey Jeturian, the “kilig-serye” initially centered on Maya as a bario lass with dreams of becoming a flight attendant, and her misadventure in Manila which led to her becoming a nanny of Richard’s children. Over its year-long run, “Be Careful With My Heart” has seen the development of its lead characters, with Maya achieving her dream and Richard finally easing up his stoic front after his wife’s death. In the most recent episodes of the series, the couple, along with their respective families, are seen preparing for the wedding. Richard and Maya attend pre-marital counseling, as they also arrange details of their bachelor and bachelorette parties.
